The Big Bore Turkey Shoot scheduled for January 9th has been postponed to January 23rd. The revised date is still tentative, pending confirmation of the Provincial Restrictions for COVID-19 at that time.

We will be doing cash prizes instead of meat. All events (16) will be be $3.00 entry fee per event. Prizes will be $25.00 for each event except the buddy shoot, which will be $15.00 for both shooters.

All memberships are from January 1st to December 31st. 2021 memberships expire on December 31, 2021.

2022 memberships are now available online. New membership forms will be available at Del Selin Gunsmith, Kenkraft Sales, Meier’s Building Products and Canadian Tire Pro Shop after November 23, 2021.

Cougar Project Update Fall 2021

The BC Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD) is providing information on the Emergency Motor Vehicle Closures (MVC) under the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation (MVPR) of the Wildlife Act (Section 108) over the listed major wildfire areas, as indicated in the letter attached.

2022 Vernon Fish & Game Club memberships will be available for purchase online as of November 15, 2021!

VFGC memberships are valid from January 01 to December 31 of each year. ALL MEMBERSHIPS EXPIRE on December 31st and must be renewed manually to continue enjoying membership benefits, including range use and insurance.

The Vernon Fish & Game Club 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on August 10, 2021 at the Range on Bardolph Lake FSR at 6:30pm.
